This form is designed for those not represented by the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers. Note that these forms do not give the director and choreographer any subsidiary rights participation. However, they do offer guarantees of future employment in brackets, which may be retained or stricken as the parties choose. They also give the director and choreographer rights to copyright their work, provided their copyrights do not interfere with the author's copyright of his play. Remember, however, that these clauses are negotiable. They are included for those parties who wish to sue them. If a single person directs and choreographs the show, he or she is entitled to a separate contract for each function.  (MS Word document)
