Production Information

 

Technical Requirements

All Technical needs/equipment that are not provided by the Host Theatre MUST be coordinated with the Host Technical Director.  

Any equipment not approved by the Festival Technical Director, prior to your arrival, may be prohibited from use in the theatre.

Please detail any specials you intend to use including instrument type, preferred hang location, approximate focus location, and whether you will be providing it (them) or if you would like the festival host to provide the instruments. Please note any equipment you plan to bring. Your Technical Representative MUST contact the Host Technical Director to ensure compatibility of your equipment. Lastly, if the Host Facility does not have follow spots in their inventory, you may be responsible for their rental cost.

Please detail any equipment you will need such as CD player(s), offstage microphone(s), line-level connection to a laptop, etc. NOTE: You are responsible for bringing your own laptop for Sound Playback if needed. Please note any equipment you plan to bring.
Please detail any soft goods needed including trim and opening. Please include a floor plan/sectional view, as well as the set itself if available. (Photos of set with actors present will be fine)

Not all venues can accommodate the following request. Please make sure to confirm with the Host Technical Director.
Please detail the number of fly lines you want. Include your preferred location, their intended use, and the approximate load weight.
Please detail any special effects equipment you may be bringing (especially those involving smoke, fog, or combustible material).
Please detail any needs for a special place or additional time to prepare costumes and make-up for your production.
Please note if your production uses firearms or other weapons (real or simulated) or uses any type of open flame (including matches, candles, etc.).
