The Artistic Director serves as Heartland Theatre’s creative and artistic leader. In partnership with the Managing Director and Board of Directors, the Artistic Director ensures the artistic integrity of all productions, guides season play selection, and provides leadership and oversight to directors, designers, and artistic and production teams throughout the season.
